Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping Areas

  • We ship across Canada and internationally.
  • Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Times

  • Canada (including Toronto, ON): 2–7 business days after dispatch
  • USA: 5–10 business days after dispatch
  • International: 7–21 business days after dispatch

Note: These are estimates. Delivery may take longer due to customs processing or local postal delays.

Customs & Duties

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes upon arrival.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping fee.

Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct.
  • Amoor’s Boutique is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

 

  • Amoor’s Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility.
  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
